Job Description:
Assisting customers to select cabinet, door, bath, or architectural hardware for their new home or renovation projects. Often times this job entails working alongside interior designers and their clients to select their hardware. Assisting customers through what feels to be an overwhelming decision and helping them find just the right fit for their hardware needs is a big part of the job.

Experience Required:
To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and in a timely manner
A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
A strong team player
Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
Be a fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a retail environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours including Saturdays (9am-3pm) and evening hours until 7:00pm.
Must be proficient, quick, and comfortable with personal computer navigation and operation
