BLOOD CANNOT BE MANUFACTURED. We should all have access to a safe and adequate blood supply in our time of need. In December 2015, April Weatherston became very weak. Doctors diagnosed her with multiple myeloma, a rare #blood cancer. Treatment began immediately, which included multiple blood transfusions. Sadly, April passed away one month later. April's husband Tom expressed to people: "The best thing you can do is to GIVE BLOOD."
