.If I could give Stone Dimensions 10 stars, I would. Here's why: We kept our old cabinets Stone Dimensions removed our old countertops without damaging them. They installed our new Quarts countertop with the matching backsplash. The entire process was easy going all the way. They cleaned up afterwards. They left the kitchen clean and looking brand new. I cannot say enough how wonderfully satisfied that I am with Stone Dimensions. Chris, the sales rep, was a joy to work with. He went out of his way to reschedule the installation of the matching backsplash sooner so that the countertop and backsplash would be completed in time for my mother's 85th birthday dinner. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

First off, I would like to say the installers at Stone Dimensions did a great job installing our counters and paying attention to minimizing the appearance of the seams. They also helped with fixing an issue with a small wall cap that was not long enough after we installed brick veneer on the wall. The installers deserve an A rating. I visited Stone Dimensions prior deciding on the type of stone we ended up purchasing and selected a bull nose edging. The first stone we selected was a 2cm thick stone with bull nose edging. Later I was told the bull nose edging was not an option with a 2 cm thick stone. After Stone Dimensions inspected the stone, they determined the slabs had small cracks in them and suggested we pick different slabs. At this point, we had to select new slabs and went with a completely different stone, which was 3 cm thick. We received drawings prior to the fabrication of the 3 cm stone; however, the drawings had the 2 cm stone information on them, which I pointed out. It was not until installation day that I realized our counter tops had a different edge on them other than bull nose. We contacted Stone Dimensions by phone, which put the blame on us although we never received accurate drawings with the 3cm stone listed on them. We were at a point where we could have rejected the entire counter tops, but decided to continue rather than waste the counter tops. In addition, we sent an email stating our disappointment about getting the wrong edge on our counter tops, but received no response. We also filled out their online survey stating our disappointment with no response as well. In the end, I paid $12,625.00 for something that Stone Dimensions made differently than I expected. A response to our email or survey would have meant a lot, but instead I got nothing other than an invoice.

Excellent job! Mick, Aaron and the rest of the team really know what they're doing; wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Very knowledgable and worked with us to accommodate both our style and our budget. You can get cheaper granite, but you wouldn't get an installation job of this quality. Computer measured and matched to minimize the appearance of the seams, with no gaps or need for a backsplash if you prefer that look.

When they were leaving that day there was a minor spot (that was my minor spill) on the counter and he used a cleaner and a clothe before he left and i was very impressed by that HAHAHA. I would highly recommend them to everybody! They were on time and they kept there appointments and called us back when needed! And they answered all of my questions! And they were always polite and respectful!

It was very good. We were able to communicate over the phone and email. They came here to look at the stuff. They did a good job installing. The gentleman, Nick, is a good person and easy to get a hold of.

These people showed up on time, were professional, got the job done right the first time, and were in line with other estimates. They also had state of the art measuring equipment, unlike some others, so no surprises with imprecise dimensions. Very nice up to date and well equipped facility that does large commercial projects.

Their service, professionalism and cleanup were very good. They were very courteous and kind. I decided to go with them based on recommendations from Angie's List. We did have some problems that were out of their control.

Install kitchen counter tops and back splash. Everything from choosing the slab to measuring and installation was fantastic. Have not worked with such a wonderful company in a long time.

From the first call that was made to Stone Dimensions, my husband and I were not only pleased but impressed. We worked with Trevor Morris. He was very accommodating and met us on a Saturday morning due to our work schedules. Trevor explained the process thoroughly and used his expertise to help us find exactly what we were looking for. The end to end process took about a month, due to the holiday. The men that came to install the counters were efficient and very professional. We are looking at remodeling our bathrooms and will without a doubt contact Trevor for that as well. We HIGHLY recommend Stone Dimensions to any and every one.

Came right over and measured. Submitted a quote right away. Met us at the granite yard to help select the material. Installed it on time on on budget. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Our overall experience was good. We selected the granite slabs several months before we needed it, and a deposit was required to hold the material. The measuring used a computer-based tools that provided for variations in the walls - very impressive. Stone Dimensions worked hard to finish the fabrication and installation on a tight schedule. The installation was good. We had not expected to have a slight ridge where a seam was cut, but they did their best to smooth that out. our one frustration was that we had a difficult time getting a firm installation date due to their workload.

The installations went well. They put in the counters one day measured for the backsplash, and return a few days later and completed the project. The seams were tightly matched and the installation looks perfect. We did have several scheduling problems, which I would have to say, were the only negatives. We had some difficulty setting up dates for installation with our sales person. But were very happy with the end results. The counters make a huge difference in each of the rooms. Cost, you get what you pay for worked in this instance. I would have given them an A except for the schedule issues.

Mick Kohl did a fantastic job in helping us pick out a wonderful piece of granite. The measurement was completed professionally and we were given a layout drawing for our approval to insure that the stone would be cut to our specifications. The installers did great job with the installation. It was completed quickly and there is no evidence of any seam in the two pieces of granite. I would highly recommend the work of every on the Stone Demensions staff. Stan Marin

Mick explained the different types of granite and took us on a tour of his fabricating shop. They do excellent work. I picked out a granite that they had left over from another job, which was just enough for our kitchen.The price was very good. Mick told us it would be 2 weeks after measuring that they counter tops would be installed. We had some delays in the remodel. Stone Dimensions got very busy and it was 3 weeks before they were installed. I expressed my displeasure and Mick had his guys work extra hours to get our job done. It still wasn't done when they said it would be done which was disappointing. If you use them be very clear about exactly when you will get your counters. The beauty and quality of the counter tops make me forget the frustration. I love the new counters and sink.

I haven't had the work done yet, but they will be tearing out my current counter-tops and install granite counter-tops for me. I haven't had any issues with Stone Dimensions so far.

After getting bids from several other granite contractors I found Stone Dimensions on Angie's list. I was not familiar with Stone Dimensions. When I visited their facility in Pewaukee my first impression was "Wow, I don't think I can afford these people." The facility where the stone is cut is top notch and state of the art. From start to finish the folks at Stone Dimensions were professional, personable and great to work with. Granite is a significant investment and I was concerned about all of the custom cuts which were required in my kitchen. I'm thrilled with the result and the folks at Stone Dimensions were a joy to work with. Their bid was in line with the other granite contractors but I think their service and attention to detail was far superior to anyone else that I talked to.

I am thrilled with the quality of the work and the experience I had with Trevor Morris and all employees at Stone Dimensions. Trevor took me into where the granite is cut and polished and explained exactly what they do from start to finish. He offered to accompany me to one of the stone places to look at slabs. Most importantly, he made me feel like an important and valued customer. This high quality of service continued with Dave who came out to measure for the counter tops through the two installers. Every person I dealt with at Stone Dimensions was courteous, prompt, explained what they were doing and why. Dave was able to give me just one seam in the counter top and the installers did a fantastic job that it's nearly impossible to see the seam. Stone Dimensions was not the cheapest but were by far the best! Trevor worked with me on price and came very close to another company. I have to say that you do get what you pay for and I received some of the best service out there and have a fantastic looking counter top! I would not hesitate to use Stone Dimensions again and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for counter tops.

Everyone at this company is in tune to the best customer service they can give. They were punctual, polite and knowledgeable about all phases of the business.

We are extremely happy with our new granite counter top! We have received numerous compliments from many friends and family members. We can't speak highly enough of Trevor. Trevor was very patient with us knowing we were going through some major remodeling in our kitchen. We had to work around our cabinet maker which caused some major delays. Trevor said they could easily work with us and they truly did. Stone Dimension's was very professional and they made sure the job was done to perfection. I would highly recocommend them!

Trevor was wonderful to work with. I found a sample of quartz which I loved but had been told it was discontinued. He checked key distributors despite the fact that we had only had a phone conversation at that point. He wasn't able to locate that quartz, but I appreciated that he tried. I ended up going with my 2nd choice, which is stunning. He sent me in the right direction to choose a sink and passed along his discount to me. Measurements were made with precision computing - it was exact to the 1000th of an inch. The work was right on schedule and done with precision and professionalism. The young men who did the installation were professional , friendly and helpful with all questions. It looks gorgeous.

The company was prefect from start to finish. They did laser measuring, made sure our fausets would have sufficeint clearance from backsplash and were very detailed. All appointments were on time. Installation was prefect very difficult to see the seams in the granite ( we have an L shaped counter). Everyone in company was professional. Price paid was in line with other companies. Stone Dimestions does not sell granite slabs so you able to choose the slab you want from any of the different granite / mable sellers. We would definely hire this company again.

We worked with Trevor Morris. He does a great job setting everything up and getting your countertops in quickly. I called to let him know we wanted to begin the project and we were in his office within 20 minutes getting started! The guys who install do a fantastic job and really know what they are doing. They are very professional and friendly. I would use them again, for sure!

I was happy with every part of the project. Trevor Morris was very easy to work with. He even showed our kids the workroom when we stopped by to look at sinks one day. The installers did a great job, too. I will be calling them again when we need to do the bathroom!

To date, I have not received a phone call or email response to my inquiries. I was particularly disappointed that this business was not willing to follow up with a motivated buyer. We have since located another vendor and have placed an order for quartz to be installed by Christmas.
